Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the NIRUMOI Innovation Intelligence & Orchestration Platform (“the Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Verified innovator registration may require a small fee (currently approximately ₹100), used to discourage spam and demonstrate user seriousness. Paying this fee does not imply, promise, or guarantee any of the following:

• Guaranteed funding.
• Guaranteed selection for evaluation, matching, or piloting.
• Guaranteed commercialization.
• Guaranteed investment.
• Guaranteed acceptance of your innovation.

The fee covers access to submit and track an innovation through the Platform's screening and evaluation process only; all outcomes remain subject to that process.

NIRUMOI treats submitted innovation content as confidential and protects it from unauthorized access as described in our Privacy Policy. However, submitting an idea to the Platform does not, by itself, create patent, copyright, trade-secret, or other formal legal protection over that idea. Platform confidentiality practices are distinct from, and are not a substitute for, formal intellectual-property protection.

You are responsible for deciding what to disclose. We advise against disclosing trade secrets or other sensitive proprietary details unnecessarily, and recommend seeking appropriate professional or legal advice — including, where relevant, filing for formal IP protection — before or alongside submitting an innovation.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date.

• Do not submit content that is unlawful, fraudulent, or infringes on others' rights.
• Do not attempt to access other users' private innovation data without authorization.
• Do not misuse the Platform to spam, scrape, or disrupt other users or the service.

Submitted innovations may be screened, scored, evaluated by human reviewers or experts, and matched to organizations or sponsors at NIRUMOI's discretion. Inclusion in these processes, or a favorable score, does not guarantee any specific business outcome, funding, or partnership.

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NIRUMOI disclaims warranties of any kind and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
